Spent an afternoon playing around to recreate (bigger) versions of a pasta I’ve had laying around in the back of my pantry. Seen in the bottom right, they’re called “margherite,” or daisies 🌼

It’s bean season, soup season, sweater season….the best season!

I found some fresh borlotti beans at the @unsqgreenmarket a few weeks back and immediately knew it was time for pasta e fagioli. 

Growing up we used tiny ditalini with can
